How can I enable Timesheets for additional schedule configurations? 

Enable Timesheets on the SETUP/Schedule Configuration page and set additional configurations under the TIME menu. 

What is the purpose of PICKS in myStaffSchedule?

Create a process to automate the vacation selection process or choose call weeks using PICKS. It’s a versatile feature for various code or number selections.

How do I manually publish schedule updates? 

Enable Manual Publish on the SETUP/Schedule Configuration page. Pending schedule updates will have an orange border, and you can publish the latest schedule by clicking Publish on the top right of the schedule page. 

Can I link staff schedule data from one schedule to another? 

Yes, on the SETUP menu, use Links to connect staff schedule data from one schedule to another for efficient management. 

What does YTD Counts (Public) offer on the Schedule Config page? 

On the Schedule Config page, opt to show Year-to-Date counts by code to staff members, providing valuable insights. 

How can I create automated rules for schedule cells? 

Under the SETUP menu, create rules for numbers, codes, or options that will populate adjacent cells. Rules can cascade for more complex scheduling scenarios. 

How do I set up a Repeating Schedule with added Start and End dates? 

Set Cycle Start Date in Schedule Configuration and determine Repeating schedule periods for the Staff Group. Added Start and End dates offer more flexibility in scheduling.
