Who can use myStaffSchedule?
User type 1: schedule admins/group owners
User type 2: individuals
I am not a schedule owner/scheduler. Can I still benefit from myStaffSchedule?
Absolutely! As an individual user, you will have the following benefits:
- Quick and easy access to your schedule(s).
- Leverage the myStaffSchedule requests process.
- View team members' schedule and their pending requests (if not marked private).
- Benefit from independent facilities using myStaffSchedule by combining into one account.
How do I update my name on myStaffSchedule?
If you need to update your name on myStaffSchedule, you can easily do this through your profile settings. Follow these steps based on whether you are using the desktop or mobile app:
On Desktop:

Click on your name located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select "My Profile."

Click on the "Edit" button next to your name and update your name to the desired one.

After making the necessary changes, click "Save" to update your profile.
On Mobile App:

Launch the myStaffSchedule app on your mobile device.

Tap on the person icon located in the bottom right corner.

Select "My Profile."

Tap on the "Edit" button next to your name and update your name to the desired one.
